Receiving Faxes with FaxingFreedom
| Have Faxes Delivered to the E-mail Address or Addresses of Your Choice |
If you're sitting in front of your computer anyways, why get up to check the fax machine? With FaxingFreedom your faxes can be conveniently delivered to any or multiple e-mail addresses of your choice!
It's simple!
1. A fax is sent to your personal FaxingFreedom number.
2. We convert the file to a PDF or TIFF file.
3. The fax is delivered to you as an attachment directly to your e-mail.
View your new fax message by simply double clicking on the attachment.
You now have the ability to View, Print, Forward, and Save your faxes from your e-mail!

Sending Faxes with FaxingFreedom

You can download our free FaxFREEDOM software (for Windows 2000 and Windows XP) that will install a print driver that allows you to print any file type to any fax machine! For example, if you have prepared a Word document that you would like to fax out, simply select file-print and select FaxFREEDOM! You will then be asked to enter the fax number of the receiver. It's that easy!

- Maintain your fax settings, such as inputting the e-mail address we should send your faxes to and inputting your phone numbers for pager or call back notification of faxes.
- Detailed reports of received faxes. You are able to select a date range, and then you will see the caller id of all calls during that time frame, along with the time and day of the call, and duration of the call.
- Detailed reports of sent faxes. We will provide you with the numbers you have sent faxes to, date and time each fax was initiated, date and time each fax was completed, current status of faxes (i.e. sending, queued, completed, retrying, etc.).
- Account Access and Administration - Update payment information, update contact information, view all products and services on your account, and view all your payment history.
